Want to get a thread started so we can find out who's going to be playing and on what servers so if we want we can all play togeather. Mabey get a Lunixmonster guild started.

Also post your planned Race/Class and Profession.

I will be playing with Grimm and Vinnie on the West Coast.

As Eather a:

Tauren Warrior - Mining/Blacksmithing

i probably wont be getting it right away, but most likely I'll be a Nightelf Rogue. as to profession and server, I don't know yet but it will definetly be PvP. I'll probably make a human or an orc warlock as well. I just love infernals.
This is going to be some kind of reunion, isn't it?

Everyone seems to want to create a a Warlock for the Infernals, yet nobody seems to realize that the Infernals are a level 50 spell; I very highly doubt more than half of anyone creating a Warlock will actually get that high.

I am planning on making an Undead Warlock, not because of the Infernals, but because I've liked the idea ever since they officially announced all the races and classes many many months ago. I had been debating the idea ever since I found out there are going to be a lot of Undead Warlocks, but I decided I'm not going to throw away my original plan on account of a bunch of other people. I'm not exactly sure on my professions yet though; Mining and Engineering were a lot of fun in the Open Beta, so I might stick with them.

A Lunixmonster guild wouldn't be very in character, I'd suggest some other name.

server: where ever nooblet grimm and vinegar go
race: orc, troll, or tauren
class: mage, priest, shaman, or druid, whichever we need most.
profession: whatever we don't already have. maybe herb/enchanting or tailor/skinning?

and the guild name should be "Death to Gnomes" or so. peacefull towards human/dwarf/nightelf (unless being attacked) , and lust for gnome blood whenever possible.

It doesn't matter, fo0l, Blizzard has an extremely stupid system set up where people will be forced to play on 'localized' servers; North Americans play on North American Servers, Asians play on Asian servers, etc. A very bad decision on Blizzard's part, but they don't seem too keen on changing it any time soon.

Since you all are planning on playing Horde, I'll probably be on an East Coast server unless you can convince me otherwise...

Dwarf Hunter, Leatherworking

Might go for a Shaman though...

Fatty you should go Tauren Druid so then I can go Warrior and if you go Tauren we can group and lvl faster being togeather.

I was also thinking about setting up on Central servers other than west coast so that if we have players wanting to play from the east having our game on central might be better.

And I ment a Lunixmonster guild as in the Lunixmonster community having a guild not as that Lunixmonster is the name.

If we get enough East and West coasters, choosing a central server would be a good idea.

I wouldn't worry too much about starting a guild too much yet, it requires a good amount of people and the tabards cost 1 gold, which is quite a bit for earlier levels.

Doobie: I made a Troll Shaman for the Stress Test, and I was really surprised by how much fun it was. Originally, I thought it was basically a casting/buffing class meant for parties, but I solo'd a lot of the time and found that the Shaman can be a major damage dealer, a sort of tank/healer hybrid.

precisely, which would mean that if i choose to be a warlock, i would dedicate all my WoW time to it and by the time to get to that level, i may hopefully be one of the few to have a pet infernal. I like the possibility of being 'one of the few', instead of 'another one of those'.

The whole Warlock Infernal thing is more of an endgame goal for those people who want to use it, I think. Anyways, update from me:

Server: East 4? (I think that's the server, PvP) (I'll fix this when we find out for sure)

Faction: Horde

Race: Undead, most likely

Class:  Warlock or Mage
... *Sigh* When I Get A Sig That's NOT Consider Fan Service, I'll Put It Here

You should join us; It's very likely that we'll be on a central server, and we're definitely getting on a PvP server.

Is anyone else here playing Alliance?  If not, I wouldn't worry about bringing you all away from your west coast servers.

TBH, I'd love to play with you guys, but seriously, do NOT go Central. Everyone and their mother is going Central 1, so unless you feel like having long wait times to play...
Update on the server situation: looks like we're going East 1 (or whatever the hell the first PvP server on East is).

More on this on Tuesday/Wednesday. Until then, I tip my hat to thee and toast to good battles on the PvP front (I look forward to fighting with/against ya'll)

Edit: and if ya'll are cool, I'll post a couple guides to make things easier, yea.

The farthest I'll be going is a Central server; I don't mind meeting half way to play with anyone on the Atlantic side, but I've learned my lesson about unconfirmed server information. A certain somebody said "Let's all play on a Mountain server for the open beta, everyone will be going east or west coast", but the Mountain servers were more populated than any others I saw. So it would be in our best interest to confirm how populated different servers are before making any assumptions.
