Quite simple. Aiming a fully charged shieldgun at the ground or a wall or something an' lettin' 'er rip causes exactly 45 points of damage. Doing it twice leaves you with ten health, third time's the ticket to respawn. Now here's where the fun starts: Jumping right before you let 'er rip gives you a major boost. This should all be common knowledge. But hear my idea: Do it from the top of the comm tower (center node) in ons-torlan, while at ten health. Major hurt and crunching sounds upon arrival two hundred feet below. Or try flinging your ragdoll body through the hoop in the bombing run map (no, standing on the hoop before you do it doesn't count).
