Most anything by AC/DC, Zeppelin and Queen are great for driving in my opinion.

I don't know if you like Iron Maiden but pretty much anything by them is awesome!

Add in some of the lighter stuff from metallicas load/reload/black album and you got yourself a good cruise mix.  

I would also recommend "Show me how to live"  by audioslave,  by far my favorite in my truck.
