NWN permanent worlds...

I recall a few people saying they played NWN, does anyone still do so? I've started getting into PWs and I'm wondering if I should be looking for familiar faces!!

I have it, if that's what you mean. I'd like to get a module going with some of yous, in fact, I tried getting D&D going a bit ago and it never got off the ground...

The CEP Nexus was one of the really good PWs out there Necrosis.  There was a strong community at the time I played.  If it is still around it's full of devilishly fun puzzles in addition to hack and slash, plus part of the community role played as well.  Also the treasure system on the boss drops was unique.  They have a 3 100d roll to determine what the boss dropped when you killed him.  Only the slayer of the boss would see the roll.  So if the Nexus is still out there, I think you may actually enjoy that particular PW, as long as you don't get in the bad books of Xang.  

As for playing it, well I recently uninstalled it from my system.  So the answer to all this is no.

I've found one I sort of like, but its quiet at the moment. Balance is right, you have to create a char from scratch and the avg level is intended to be around 15. Was wondering if anyone still played and wanted to join up.

TBH I've moved on from playing modules, its basically now replaced the bulletin board style of online RPG I used to participate in.

I highly recommend NWN persistant servers, CEP Nexus in particular. I played on many of them with many many characters, until I had done every kind of character build I could think of.

I used to play on Exaria a lot, but my HotU CD is borked beyond belief and I wasn't really into it enough to get a replacement, hehe.

Good new though because my wage is about to increase by 50% so will have plenty of cash for an upgrade, mwahaha.
