I wish I'd been taking screenshots for months, this would be so full. I'm taking everything from devastatingly powerful to "Worst. Relocate. Ever" style relocations.

And please, DO NOT derail this thread into anti-relocate or "don't hijack the game" mishmash. Those who play with me know that when I comm, I don't often relocate, and when I do a silly one it's out of desperation or at the request of the team. For example, the Landing Pad relocate only happened AFTER they got 3 hives up and there were fades at every exit to MS.

that relocate to generator processing on mineshaft would've worked but some IDIOT recycled base and was dealt with accordingly by HD <3

on the map with the hall of nubs you can relocate to the ledge that is past the resnode that hangs surrounded by triggers kills, it's possible to jump there without a JP

That's actually the spot that coined the phrase "Worst. Relocation. Ever." in the first place. To tell you the truth I have a Thorstation relocate screenshot, but I wanted to get all the basic maps. Cold Turn, anyone?

today I tried to relocate a coouple of times, I was doing good.

one time I didnt get in the comm chair first, asurada did, so someone start a eject comm vote, while he was all like "BHAHA BILL NO CHAIR FOR YOU!" later that game he was ejected and I bolted towards the chair, sadly, i was in a group of marines and was promply shot down by my OWN TEAM not 20 ft from the chair. while I waited to respons they mutinized and got someone else to comm. I think it's a pretty good sign that when your entire team tk's you so you cant get in the chair that they dont want you comm :-D Mind you later that game the comm left anyway and I took over, we were already screwed so I took the rest of the game ot try and kill an egg with a pg. needless to say I did not succeed. i did drop one on a onos though. :-D

Interesting relocate, Clash. The problem with that spot is its lack of room to manuver.

In light of Mr.Bill's little story there, I'll just say it again: Don't let your crazy relocs get in the way of a serious game. If everybody's ok, go ahead, but if your team wants to play a normal game, for God's sake LET THEM. Don't force your crazyness on them or you'll end up forcing US to make rules against it. Either that, or ban you, whichever we feel more like.

Oh, and dropping structures on players is against our rules, too.

In this case, I'd have allowed it as justifiable self-defence. They knew Bill was gonna to do some crazy stuff, and they desperately tried to save their game using any means necessary. A warning would've been in order, but nothing more. Blame the developers for not being able to vote out multiple commanders. Or blame the smacktards for abusing it if it were possible to vote out multiple commanders.

i mean sure he relocates to strange places but at least it is fun trying new things ^_^
