and while your at it, could someone get rid of that bored around my profile photo? just make it transparent or sumat...

He still has the pirate hat on when he falls down, and then it disappears and then falls down from the top! (Not that I have any idea how to do animated gif work, but regardless I feel an uncontrollable need to criticise!!)
