So, whenever I try to play NS now, I always get the NET_SendPacket ERROR: WSAEINTR problem. So I get disconnected from the server; then it screws over Steam, and I have to completely reboot my computer in order to play again. But there's no point, since it happens every time (if you wondered why I suddenly left a game recently, that's why). So, I was wondering if everyone could give me every possible reason that it does this. Thanks in advance.

perhaps use the tried and true UNINSTALL STEAM AND EVERYTHING AND REINSTALL?

i suspect it might be some funky steam cache issue?

other things to try:

-do a trojan, bot, virus, sweep to see if some of them are talking to teh INTARWEB and messing up your socket connections.
-do an adaware and spybot sweep
-check to make sure your firewall hasn't been automagically reconfigured or something.
-stop touching yourself so much ;)

Whoops, I never did update this thread. I got it fixed :D. I disabled something that usually doesn't affect your connection, but it did for some reason. So, I enabled it and it works! But thanks for the help anyway.

EDIT: It might have been that, but it could have been that my ISP wasn't giving the best connection that day.
