So.... What do you guys do other than play NS.  What I mean by that, is where do you work, or not work?

I've attempted getting a job at a local McDonalds as a last resort, but no reply from them. Now I'm attempting a local supermarket, which I thought I woulnd't be able to get a job at because of the strike going on (but it turns out I can get one there).

I oftentimes go to hang out with friends and play Magic, as I sometimes bring up in IRC. In fact, this weekend there is going to be a pre-release for the upcoming set, Darksteel. Can't wait.  ^^

But mostly my life is rather boring.

You play magic eh?  I just got me some Mirrodin cards, bought about 8 tournament packs.  Made some pretty good decks out of them too.  I love the artifacts in Mirrodin.  It makes the gameplay so much more interesting than some large craw wurm attacking.  Btw, Grimm, where do you live?  Perhaps near Cary, North Carolina?  Heh, I know it's a long shot, but I would like someone to play Magic the Gathering with.

Unless you can drop a couple phases between Cary, North Carolina and San Diego, California, I'd say we're pretty far apart. Too bad too, we've got a nice group of Magic players out here, me and my friends, and its always good to have more people join in the fun.

And I agree with you about Mirrodin, the new Equipment mechanic has added a very cool aspect to the game, and Darksteel's equipment, along with other new artifacts, certainly won't disappoint.

Because the 'free' version only allows you to play with 8th edition starter decks. Thats not necesarily a bad thing, as it puts everyone on the same playing feild, but its not quite the same.

Uranium: My thoughts exactly, its been a good 2-3 months, you think they'd have given up by now. No big deal though, increases the chances of me getting a job.

Work in a computer store, for my aunt-by-marriage, who is the owner. It's not fun, as she's a really crummy boss. The work isn't bad though. I used to work in phone tech support, and being able to put my hands on the PC instead of trying to explain to someone's grandma how to replace a video card is nice.

But mostly I play games a lot. Yeah. Lots of games.

Other than playing i'm studying for my lovely degree in graphic design, play Magic: The Gathering, as well, and get hideously drunk.

No proper job right now, and i'm working on my last web design contract.... bugger.
