yeah so for my final project in my visual basic class... i made this game.. due either monday or tuesday so its pretty much complete to turn in :D

it's basically a frogger clone but... witha starcraft theme.. hence i call it... *drum roll*

Starcraft Frogger!

so if you ladies wanna help me test it the please do.. im pretty sure everything works since i played it hundreds of times during my own testing but you never know...

clicky NEED: xp and wmp10 updated it looks like!
(28 mb for a little frogger game you ask? yea i loaded it up with a bunch of stuff to make it seckseh.)

Does this by chance require winXP? I tried installing and it said system files were out of date and asked if I wanted setup to update, I told it to and rebooted but it still didn't work, did a windowsupdate to no avail too, so that is my only other guess.

o_O... im thinking yes... it uses flash and some wmp components but the installer should install the dlls to make things run...

humm.. well thats weird.. do you guys that it doesnt work for have XP and windows media player 10 and i guess the latest macromedia flash player? .. thats the only thing i can think of..

but does the thing install all the way? then when you go to run it, it gives you some errors/stuff doesnt play?

I've got win2k pro sp4. It does the file copy thingy when I first run setup, then this comes up. Even before the installer.



I'll try updating WMP and flash though...

edit: ah, WMP10 is XP-only, so that may explain it.

Seems glitchy as high hell... but then I did skip alot of installisms because they were in use...  BTW, wraifs suck.

you mean the tanks and graphics and such? yeah i used a really crappy way of animating stuff... was too late in finding a better method before due date was up :/

it got me a 100% though  ^_^  so im satisfied.. i'll probably work on it later on if im bored or something...

Here's the final project I did in my VB class... It's around 1/28 the size :p

Needs the VB5 runtimes, so if it doesnt work, go find em
