And so it happened, on a trip to Tesco to buy alcohol with friends, browsing the shelves of bizarre drinks, there it was.

Goliath.

With a bottle proclaiming it was "Mighty Ale" and a label which used words like "challenging", "towering might", "powerful" and "brave", i knew this was the drink for me.

I can only assume it's a gimmick brew. You know, when roleplayers go "omg we need a beer that's called "Olde Dwarven Stoute!"

I've just been to Tesco to see if I could get any...and there was none :(

So I got a bottle called "Bishop's Finger" and "Old Legover"
