I find a sidey length of a few inches and then stubble which keeps growing until its almost a beard and then shaved to start again is the way forward. Or is that me being too lazy to shave every day

you need a big Santa one!, then dress up as him, die your hair white and break into peoples houses and just claim your santa so the kids will go back to bed!, and steal their cookies .

But if the real Santa or another robber disguised as Santa breaks in, it would be a huge battle to the death and one of the people in the house would have a gun and wouldnt want to shoot the real santa, so you'd have to persuade them that your the real one WHILE fighting in deadly hand 2 hand combat like in the movies
