Mechcommander......

Using the Raven as a decoy to set up the Madcat was top. Reallly got you into the fact you could outthink in mechcommander rather than just outgun.

Wish they had a newer version of it than 2. The idea of having a squad of mechs at your command rocks.

i really loved tribes 2's intro....

it was really short, yet to the point. you could hear the battle and those guys run by, and then the dude grabs the flag and is all like, "the flag is secure!" and slams it down. i always loved it...

of course, all the ones mentioned above were sweet too. esp DOWs

RtCW - two fingers to you, mr film producer.

FF-the-one-with-fithos-lusec-wecos-vinosec for drama.

Soulblade/Soul Calibur/Soul Calibur II for everything

Brood War for the "oh f..."

X Com, for the cheesy music.

SW:Galactic Battlegrounds because its basically a SW trailer, gg.

I actually really like the intro that was in the Warhammer: Dawn of War beta.  I'd assume it's the official intro.

The Myth 2 intro. You relive the final moments of Myth 1, quotes abounding:
"Soulblighter is here! Our scouts are dead!"
"Indeed Alric. I bet you thought you'd seen the last of me."
"Kill him! KILL HIM!"

And then, as the brave, doomed dwarf hurls the severed head of Balor into the great devoid, and everything in the vicinity is obliterated by the ensuing eruption of energy, Alric wakes up from his nightmare - and on his bedpost, a solitary crow sits, staring at him with a single, glowing red eye. Cut to the Myth 2 main theme. Goosebumps all the way up and down my arms and back. And I love crows. They're such cool birds.

The only intro I can remember off the top of my head that gave me goosebumps was the original C&C Red Alert. Hell March FTW.  ^_^

There's a lot for me, but I'd probably say FF8 - the music is incredible and the flashed imagery was done very well I think, especially as a preview of what's to come later in the game (though I didn't like the game itself much at all).

Battlefield, i just love to see the tanks, the mustang, the 1000 guys parachuting over that town and that Russian dude with an anti-tank weapon ready to blow that tank away.

Red Alert 1, dunno why, probably because its the first game I bought.
