HUZZAH! I've resized all the images now. Chances are I'll also need help hosting all the images (about 70 in total). Also note that this is by no means ALL the pictures I've taken on the trip (which totals to 200-300). Full size images available upon request :) (They're about 1280x960). And if ya'll are STILL itchin' for more images... I'll post some more later :)

And without further ado...

When we began this trip... I knew I airline food was due ahead... what I didn't know... was that it would SUCK THIS BADLY

Yes, what you're seeing IS airline "food". Yea, you'd think that food is warm, wouldn't you? NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT! It's cold. That's some kind of bowtie pasta with a vinagrette (sp). That chicken is DRIER THAN A BABY'S BEHIND AFTER USING PAMPERS. I haven't a bloody clue what "kiri" is. At first I thought it was butter, I later found that it was some kind of cheese. Very bad cheese as well. BTW, that bread is REALLY stale, it broke my goddamn plastic knife as I tried to cut through it (this is AirCanada). Yea... I don't think that white powder on the bread is flour anymore... it's prolly dust :x

Thankfully, however... we had a flight change at San Francisco to Singapore Air. Which totally kicks ass because we got this food:

Yea, looks like a bloody feast, don't it? THAT'S BECAUSE IT IS. The rice was ok, (rice  rice baby...) chicken was a tad greasy, but I didn't care, IT WAS BETTER THAN AIR CANADA'S DUSTY CHICKEN SPECIAL. Fruits were surprisingly fresh and tasty. Bread is a LOT better than it looks. Rice pudding thingy was sweet. Tasteh madness! <3

However, if any of you have EVER travelled to Asia from the west coast of North America, you know DAMN well it's a LONG flight. About 17 hours. This would suck on any other airline... but NOT Sing. Air because...

Yes.. that is your own PERSONAL TV. BUILT IN TO THE SEAT INFRONT OF YOU. IT BLOODY KICKS ASS. It's also an LCD, viewable only from your angle (though people who are sitting beside you can see it if they peak through the seats), ensuring maximum privacy when you're watching those movies with nudity :) (No, Sing. Air does NOT carry porn, but they have movies with full frontal nudity in it... not that I watched 'em, or anything...) Furthermore... They have bloody 60+ movies to choose from. Recent ones too I might add. It's awesome. It also has games, gameboy/nintendo ones mainly, but oh well. There's trivia and a variety of other games.

Yes, there's a remote control to go with that TV

Built right into your left armrest. Yea, sounds like a pain doesn't it? Except it comes out :)

Yea. You can obviously see the game controller there, along with every thing else. This controller also handles the light for your area, and the attendant caller thingy...
Yea, that's my hand too. Sexy hand, no? I should do those dishwasher commercials... ohhhh yeaaaaa ;)

Flying with Sing. Air also means you get free stuff:

Free socks to wear over your socks (taking off shoes in long flights = win) so they don't get dirty when you walk around :) Complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste. The toothbrush doesn't actually suck too. Toothpasth could be better, but meh =P

If you're flying and a day/night change does occur, I advise you to open your window (Sing. Airline policy = you keep the shutter thingy down when in flight that's over so many hours) every so often to check out the sky, because you never know when you'll see something like this:

I have more pictures of the above available per request. Full size is ALSO available :)

So, we arrived at Taiwan at about 6 AM, here's one of the places we went to that day (Yea, think about it... From Toronto to LA is about 4 hours. LA to Taiwan is about 17. Add in 3 hours inbetween for transit, and of course, I don't sleep when there's movies to watch and games to play so...)

Yea, persons on the left and right of me are my parents. Yea, they're faces are blurred out because I know you're all creepy stalkers. Especially Sonic *shudders* I'm in the middle. And that IS a Canada shirt I'm wearing. OGM. ZOOM IN!

"Word to your mother" and all that other junk people would assume I like to say =P

Yea, it was a bloody long day, bloody hot day too. Maybe it was the sun, but I decided to get artsy...

Yea, it was a bloody hard picture to take too. Sweat was running into my eyes when I took that picture, it sucked. :(

Continued from http://www.lunixmonster.org/forums/index.p...st=40&p=28928&#

So anyways, we spent a couple days in Taiwan. City is pretty different from others, I got lots of nice skylines and crap, I also got this

More of a random picture than anything. Lots of advertisements :)

Now, a couple days later we went to this marble gorge place (more pictures available if there's a general cryout for more :) ) and I saw this sign...

Now, naturally, I had to wonder "what rocks?" I turn around... and look up...

... Oh... THOSE rocks... ... .... ...Uhh... yea, I think I'll move over here now... ¬_¬

Now this tour that brought us to marble gorge... it brings us to a bunch of other places as well. Total tour time is something like 10 hours. POTTY BREAKS ARE REQUIRED. Little did I know that the search for the potty would be a great one indeed... My search brought me to this bridge, across which is a pagoda. With bathroom facilities!

What I didn't know was... THERE'S A BLOODY %@#$@#%#*%)*f@# #*($&@#($*!#$ !*o$#*$@#@4 LOT OF STAIRS TO GET TO THE GODDAMN BATHROOM. Beginning with these:

These are bloody steep stairs too, mind you... :(
And then there's this:

.... The bathroom can't be far right?... right?... WRONG. YOU'RE SO BLOODY WRONG.

THERE'S A GODDAMN ROADSIGN FOR IT. YOU KNOW WHAT THE MEANS? IT'S AT LEAST ANOTHER KM AWAY. (Note: I'm known to be a blatant liar)
Thankfully, however, the journey gets a bit easier :)

Yea, it's only gently sloping now. But which bloody way? The bloody sign just points in that direction. We went with the one going higher....

The journey was long, and it was filled with dangers (May not be actually filled with dangers, unless you're an idiot), then we came to ...

And around the corner... this large building temple thingy...

Just an innocent temple, right? WRONG AGAIN. GOD YOU SUCK. Take a closer look...

THEY'RE REALLY GODDAMN NAZIS! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!11ONEONEOENELEVENTYONE
...
...
Yea, I know they're not actually Nazis. The Swastika is that also flipped and facing the other direction, blah blah blah. Anyways, we found the bathroom and all was good. I also managed to get a picture of the awesome view. As we're on the side of a mountain, near the top.

Booya. Yea, been a long time since anyone said "Booya" right? I'm gonna start bringing that up in school again. Because I'm spiffy like that. Yea, spiffy is another word I wanna bring back. Spiffy = TEH WIN!!!

Now, I thought going up those bloody stairs was bad...

Going down was worse. Note that the angle I have my camera at makes the stairs look less steep than it actually is.  ;_;

I thought that was a lot of stairs... the trip to Sun Moon Lake... was... worse... OH GOD DON'T MAKE ME POST THE IMAGE >_<

The pagoda at the top of the mountain thingy. The stairs... they... never... end.... *dies*
However, the trip to the top was worth it... as we got some spiffy shots:

More available on request :) I apologize for it being so blurry and foggy looking. It's really humid there :( and it was messing up my camera.

Going back down the stairs...

... :(
And the 500m journey back down the mountain, condensed into a couple pictures:

and

Yea... its nicer going down <3

Next part of the journy in Taiwan, we went to visit the aborigines. If you haven't already, I advise you to keep the log open beside this as you read through it, or something. Makes things easier for me :) Also, here's the only picture you'll ever get of me in a dress:

Now let's never talk about it again. I got to drink some kind of alcoholic beverage containing a deer horn. Below is said parts of the said horn.

Yea... it's still bloody... O.O

Rest of the day is rather uneventful (though I do have a couple pictures of what's left of a boiler or something after a 9.7 earthquake hit the area, if ya'll want)
So... I decided to go on a night in the town. I apologize for the bluriness and general crap of the images ahead. No, I don't know what I was thinking either.

"It's just... like... Las Vegas.. O.O"
"..."

"Uhh... I don't feel so well now..."
"..."

"Is this what it's like to be drunk?... because I never want to be drunk, ever, if this is what it's gonna be like :("

Right... moving  on!
The next day I felt better. We went to.. some place, I can't bloody remember the name. We went into this old street way thing.

Yea, I'm a bloody artist. Word.
Now, when I say old street, I MEAN old street. Check out the doors:

Yea, it's like something out of those old Chinese movies, eh? :D
Rest of the day was also rather uneventful, though I DO have pictures of the rest of the city (rather interesting ones too, IMO), which I'll upload on request :)

Later that night though... I met Temjin *GASP* I didn't get as many pictures as I wanted to :( Meh, I guess I'll get s'more when I see Temjin in TO or something >=D (Yes, could it be? Zero's Adventures! Toronto Edition! Featuring Temjin5788 and whoever the hell else I can track down!)
Be forewarned, Temjin is an ugly muh, his webcam makes him look pretty:

The blur of the background is intentional. I don't want ya'll to know where we were... ;) Yea... that was a good night, it was good fun.
Here's the obligatory silly picture:

Yea, I left my camera in "scenic mode" (not sure what it's called) which is why the picture is again, so blurry. I apologize, this will be rectified in the TO meet. I also like how the blue sign in the bottom left is sharp and crisp =P

--- More tommorow. I'm a bit tired now. ---

Sounds like a bunch of that scenic stuff which isn't always too bad, but can get a bit tiresome. Also sounds like a long trip. Glad you had fun with Temjin at "I don't want ya'll to know where we were" ;)

Well, now I'm back from school so... LET THE EPIC JOURNEY CONTINUE!!1ONEONEONEELVENTYONETWO

So... how about them airports. Yea, I was surprised to see a bit of "home" so to speak at the airport:

Yea, I was like: "OGM! MUST GET PICTUREEEEEE!!!"
Zoom in of the above:

And no, I don't know what the sign means. That's also the entire sign, so I'm not sure what they mean by "Less Than Three". That's also from Taiwan :)

We boarded the plane to go to Singapore, blah blah blah, airline food:

Yea, this... wasn't so good... ;_;

So, we're gonna fastforward a day or two... and we're now in Cambodia. Be warned, you have to be careful of where you walk...

Or you'll fall down holes like I did. ;_; Yea, managed to get out, then NOT 5 STEPS LATER...

;_; I hate Cambodia :(
(Note: I didn't actually fall down any holes...)

Now, in Cambodia is Angkor Wat, one of the remaining ancient wonders of the world. Yea, when I was there, I felt like I was in a horror movie. I would also like to take this time to apologize for the quality of the next few images, my camera REALLY doesn't handle humidity well ;_;

Yea... feels like I'm in some kind of zombie horror... or like... something else.. if it was darker... :o This was a really damn long passageway, and it was bloody hot, and people wouldn't bloody stop talking Japanese to me

Thankfully, I think I see an exit \o/
...

Yes... these are stairs... and these are worse, they're MUCH steeper than the stairs encountered at the Marble Gorge, these ones are so bloody steep you have to go up 'em sidestepping. They're also rather high for stairs, so it's a good work out. REALLY damn scary though. Now, this is the scary side, here's another flight of stairs we had to go down:

;_; there's a single iron railing that's been provided to help tourists move around, it's on the left side of the camera =P

It was a long day, and it kept on getting hotter, recent rainfall didn't help. Cooled it all down by a couple degrees while it was raining, and when it stopped, it got bloody hot again, and humid. Our tourist guide thought it was a good time to visit a temple on a "mountain"

Now, I never thought that something 65m high could be considered a mountain (I'd call it a hill) but apparently it is so in Cambodia. Was able to catch the sunset there:

Yea, that rocked. I have more available if ya'll want :)
The stairs I had to climb to get you that shot:

Not so bad, but consider that we visited about 9 different temples that day, and each temple has a bloody lot of steep stairs. And I had to climb 65m up rocky terrain without stairs to get there. And it just rained so everything was bloody slippery.

My batteries began to die that night, so we bought new batteries. Duracell, because they were cheap, or something. Guess who we found on the package?...

LOOKS LIKE THE ENERGIZER BUNNY HAS A BROTHER HE NEVER TOLD US ABOUT!!!11ONEONEOEN *gasp* *sounds of shock and horror* *fapfapfap* o.0

Next day visited some temple that was made entirely of PINK sandstone. I saw this:

Yea, I rock at getting images of things no one else would \o/
We visited a couple more temples (Cambodia has something like 1170 temples found so far, or something) and I got a shot of this creepy place...

Scareh, no? Yea... so, I ran through the place.. and into something I didn't think I'd see...

A WILD MUNKEH! keekles ^^

Naturally, after a long hard day, I like to cool down with some refreshing beverages. I noticed two particular drinks I never had before. One of which most of you are familiar with: Red Bull, but in Cambodia, it's "Gold Cow"

The ingredient label on it was kinda scary.. "Permitted Dyes" "Permitted Preseratives" :x
The other drink is from a familiar company, but I don't think many of you are familiar with it's flavour:

Sarsi. Yes, you're reading that right, it's Sarsi Crush. What does it taste like, you ask? SARSI OF COURSE! *lightning bolt* Heh, it tastes something like root beer :)
Bit of a size comparison for you:

Note that the "Gold Cow" costed more than the Crush Sarsi.

Last day in Cambodia was the most danger filled! BECAUSE I SOON FOUND MYSELF LOOKING DOWN..

THE BARREL OF A LARGE GUN!! D:
Yes, I do know it's rusty and the other end is open, stop being a party pooper ;_;
But there was more danger than that!

MIENFEILD!!!1ONEOEN
...
And then the whole place got flooded

Yea, those are tree tops you see. Apparently flooding is a regular occurance.
And this next picture...

is for all you fish lovers out there. Yea, that's what the water was like before everyone and their mother moved into the area. Or something.
Finished the day off with some more rain, and a purty sunset

My last bit of piece before I departed back for Singapore... and... airline food...

Yea.. that food bloody sucked (SilkAir) Really badly. Tasted like... cardboard ;_;

Thankfully, however, we arrived in Singapore soon after, and good food was had by all (after a few days of hell). We even had a few guests drop in for our dinner by the river!

Yea, I have bloody good timing skills. HUZZAH!

Apparently he likes the view too :)

<3 Pigeon!! <3<3<3<3<#######
heh, anyways, here's the feast:

Yea... that's chili crab at the top left, the mid right is Stingray covered with some kind of pepper sauce (was good) and and at the foreground is what's left of some Chicken and Beef Satay (I ate some before I remembered to take pictures <3)

Right... so be forewarned, the next few pictures are blurry. Again, from humidity. I however, think this is a GOOD thing...

... Yea... That's... pretty.... disturbing...
BUT THIS IS WORSE!

FATTEEEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! kekekeke
These pictures were taken at Haw Par Villa, btw :) I was walking along the paths (they're a goddamn maze) and then... OUT OF THE BUSHES!!!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
*gasp gasp*
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
*gasp wheeze*
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHhHHHHHHHH!!!
*choke choke* Ugh... *thud*
And when I finally came to... (or stopped running... but the first one sounds cooler, or something) I found myself looking through my previous pictures... AND FOUND THAT I STILL LACKED A PHALLIC OBJECT REFERENCE!!!111ONEOENEONE1
Naturally, this is a DISASTER at the least. It had to be rectified IMMEDIATELY. And so it was done...

And so we left Singapore and boarded upon teh awesome Sing. Air. Then we trasnferred to Air Canada and I had a curious looking seat belt...

Yes... curious.... hrmm...

Now that about sums it all up, Naturally, I have more pictures. So if the cryout is for more... MORE YOU WILL BE GIVEN! I will now begin presenting teh bonus pictures (taken just now, to display my prizes :D)

PANNNNNNDDDDDDDDDAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PANDDDDDDDAA--- Wait... what's that on meh head?! IS IT... CATBUS?!?!?!?! OGM!!!ONEONEELVENTYONE!!!

First shot you've ever seen of my face without anything blocking it :) Yea, that's my "Uhh... wtf?" and "...Who the hell are you?" face, or something. *shrugs*
