Lm Server "ns" Instead Of "nsp"
I tend to stick to about 10-20 servers that I like, so the HL in-game browser has worked fine for me. Its not a great interface but it gets me by. However, in the last few weeks (or months, I'm not certain), some servers have stopped showing up on the update and favorites lists in the in-game server browser.

After more careful research, it turned out that some servers (including linuxmonster HL server) is now reporting itself as "ns" instead of "nsp". This makes it not show up in the lists. This can be seen in the serverbrowser.vdf file in Steam\config if you are curious.

Is this a setting I need to fix or is there a different workaround?

Racer, there is a new beta out. b5 is available for download now. One change was that the NS folder was changed to what it should be: ns. ;)
