General Forum Slightly Revised

I've decided to stop making sub-forums in the general forum for every mod we try. Deleted them all and dumped them into General.

The NS sub-forum will remain, as that is what this community is focused on.

There is a poll located here, asking how you'd like that forum to be displayed now that I will not be doing sub-forums like before. Swing by and vote!
