Erm... Stak, slow down there. FW is no official representative of the devs, nor is voog. Please don't throw yourself at their throats for not including something in beta five, which they have only indirect influence in.

The LM would not fit the bill.  We'd have to give a reserve slot to FW, and he's been banned for ages.  Unless we suddenly decided we needed more drama in our lives, that's not likely to change.

I don't see the harm of putting up with FW for a couple weeks, although I agree on his asshatness.  Non-provokation is the key, and hey, we get to provide stong feedback to the NS team. I'd certainly like to see a LM influence in beta5

You guys seriously think anything anyone outside of the dev team says or does will really influence the outcome of beta 5? Come on, it's Flayra we're talking about here; You'd have a better chance at convincing your monitor to get up fetch you a soda than getting him to consider any suggestions outside of his or the dev team's.

Hell, for all we know he doesn't even listen to the rest of the dev team.  :lol:

Go for it.  definitely.  This is not about Firewater and LM, this is about NS.  Remember that, and just give Firewater a nice happy "Piss off" if he bugs you, and all things will go perfectly!

Definitely is composed of three parts: "de" and "finite" and "ly". It isn't "definitely", despite the fact that everybody under the sun online spells it that way, it's "definitely". I don't understand why nobody online can understand that.

Yes Grimm, you're definately right about that. Not worth throwing a fuss over over though, so chill out. We were flaming Firewater here, not people who spell definitely wrong.
This is not a question of putting up with FW for a few weeks, though. It's a question of which admin would ban him first if he was allowed on the server again.

I will have you know, my monitor is hignly trained at collecting sodas from the fridge, and flayra did actually implement one of my ideas into NS. Sorry, it is my fault that stomp exists. (Well, I happened to mention that if an onos jumped, it should send out a shockwave on landing that paralyses nearby marines, so I think that qualifies.)

Instad of going straight to flayra, you need to mention it to one of the people he talkes with regularyl, like Joev or Nem or Coil, some guy who flayra trusts. If they like it, they will mention it to flayra, and he will listen to them. (possibly)
