Heh, mine is a nice lava scene. Putting a pirate hat on it would cause spontaneous combustion. I might put the smiley in my sig though, if I ever make one...

P.S. : Satiagraha, how do you make the white background go away when you save in Photoshop? it WAS transparent in photoshop, i save it, and than i found out when i posted there was a white background. I'm so very confused <_<

quite simple, apparently you have it transparent in photoshop (shows as the checkers), good. Here's something that is probably stopping you, Jpegs do not support transparent colors. For this, I'd recommend gifs, as I have posted throughout this thread (all my piccies are giffies

). Simply change the selection box at the bottom of the Save As menu to "CompuServe GIF (*.GIF)" or the equivelent setting that uses the .gif file extension. Once this is done, just click ok, and then in the next window (it doesn't come up for pics with < 256 colors) just make sure that the Transparent box is checked and click ok, and ok again, and you're done ^_^ .

since when did anyone ever need a reason to suddenly go all pirety? for example: I pop into the #ns chan to see if there are any updates in the topic, and lo and behold, it is once again "pirate day" for no apparent reason other than someone spontaneously saying "arr" in the channel
