Whats Up With Irc?

well i do have mIRC but dunno how to get to LM's, anyhow i usually use the link to get into LM, but the page doesnt load... ive restarted a few times and such but still not working, i tried MSN and internet explorer... yet all other sites work and my internet is up, whats wrong? :blink:
