as most of you dont know. I develop onling training content for a living. so when I saw this training video I knew it was a winner. I think this should be required viewing for all forum users.

Well I would say it's more of a "watch this" than a "Read this" since it's a flash video... I did enjoy it too, although I wouldn't necesarilly say it applies to these forums lolololol!
