Destro is on the shortlist too, shiny headedness is nothing to scoff at. He also had a snazzy uniform.

Ah, same with Zartan, as he does the same thing I do when I come in contact with the outside "AARRGHHH! SUNLIGHT!!"

Skeletor for his utter cravenness. You need a good whopping of cravenness for a supervillain.

to be serious, i tihnk i am the greatest supervillain evar.  My friends call me evil, the poeple I play paintball with call me a sneaky bastard, and I am generally regarded as an assassin or necromancer in whatever RPG I play.  That, and the fact that in KOTOR and KOTOR 2 I was full dark side before I got off the first stage (kotor2) or the second (kotor1).  

So, anyone who wants to argue, just find the nearest shadow and address it as 'sir', and I shall respond.  

Ninjas are sweet.  Any ninja villain gets my vote, as long as they are sadistic.
