Well, i cant really remember exactly WHEN i got the name Loke, but it was after seeing Thumby: Thumb Wars for the first time, and i played CS at that time.
So sometime later i stopped playing CS and started playing NS.

After a good time i joined a clan,  so in their forums there was the "Post your picture" thread, so i looked for one in my Hard Drive and i only found one taken in a party organized by the school ,  and i was surrounded by 4 senior girls.

So i posted that one, and a guy there replied " FAKE THUMBS UP! LOKE = TEH SLEEK PERUVIAN!" .

So that's how i got my sleekness....and no, you will never be the sleekest, thats me.
I am Sleek.

Are you?

It's short for DrunkenBozo, which comes from my Q2DM days.

Back then I went by Whats-His-Name, a nick I still dig out from time to time when I want to go incognito.

I attempted to join a Q2 clan, HA or something (can't remember now) and the leader ("Azimuth") didn't like that idea so much:

<Whats-His-Name> So Az
<Whats-His-Name> can I join? :D
<Azimuth> omg NO whn.
<Azimuth> you're useless.
<Azimuth> all you do is run around and fall into the lava like a drunken bozo

The rest is history.

First of all... I had a TON of names floating around on Lunixmonster till I found the one that fit the most.  Lets trace the lineage shall we?

FF1Fighter >> HK47 >> Chuppathingy >> Kenny

Well as for me, I'm sure many of you can take a guess.  My name origionates from my newb days of CS, (which... sadly... continue today) one of my friends said "HEY, I HAVE A GREAT IDEA!  Lets make a CS clan and compete as noobs in the CAL matches."  Well you can probably guess what happened...... yeah ownage.  Well a different friend saw me playing and made the comment that I'm like Kenny; I die every episode.  And the name stuck.

Oh boy...  :o

Way back when AOL was first catching on, I started as CecilDK (Cecil Dark Knight) from FF4. I joined an online gaming club when FF7 came out (hehe, those were popular back then, maybe you remember Avalanche, the RPGA, or the Best RPG Ever = BRPGE boards?) and changed it to CloudSFC (Cloud Soldier First Class).

Then, OMG, AOL expanded to 16 characters per screen name and I became Sage Gaspar (from pretty much every game by the Crono team). If you've seen a Sage Gaspar on the Internet ever, chances are it's me. I published editorials on the major gaming sites and took up a position as a reviews staffer at Games Are Fun (Chrono Cross, Irritating Stick, Mario Bros, Mario 2) for a little while. I was also featured on The Way In and RPGamer as a moron, a fact which I'm infinitely proud of.

At some point I decided to try out different gaming handles, hence was born Scarlet Phoenix (nothing special), then TK-421 (the grunt stormie in A New Hope that isn't at his post), NSMonkey for a little while, The Blode, and finally ::phew:: Sydney Carton (A Tale of Two Cities, one of my favorite books of all time).

I've also been known as Enciel Ilyamorte (a poor conglomeration of French, roughly "In heaven there is death") and Etotheipi (e to the i pi). And yes, I'm a math major, hehe.

Beat y'all, eh?  :)

Mine derives from Warhammer 40k too (/me high-fives PB and Venmoch). I was building an army of the 'Chaos' race at the time i first got internet access. I used the name 'Chaos' for a year or so and then altered it to 'UKchaos' to give me a unique username for IRC etc.

By the time i realised how crappy and generic the name was i had already become involved in various Clans, Forums, IRC and Mod communities and the name had stuck :p

Mine originates from sophomore year of high school, when I.. uh.. um.. you figure it out.

Ended up eating a whole pizza by myself and talking about Scooby Doo all night.  My friends were calling me Scooby Dooby Dan! that night and the name Doobie Dan stuck.  6 years later, my friends STILL call me that.  Figured it make a good online name.
