after installing a new motherboard i have been having fps problems. The fps drops in many areas in every map and is very unstable. For some reason the guns and buildings look more fat then normal

Ah, I've had this before. Simply - it's called TRUFORM, found in in video card options - turn that off, that's it.

i have ati 9000 pro and ati driver where can i find TRUFORM option?

You could be a noob and use the control panel, OR you could read my console primer and type

ati_npatch 0 in the console
