sure it has five buttons, which are nice (I can do a proper lastinv now) but it aint worth a dime if I cant control where I look

one or two of our regs uses a trackball to play NS. They do about average too, IIRC.

i've played quake 2 with a trackball at school before. it's really not that difficult, and i think if i used it enough i could get good with it. i've heard of ppl actually preferring the trackball over mice for games and stuff.

dunno why tho. i love my mx510 (and i love the red as well... adds that sexy sheen to it
