nsarmslab annoys the hell out of me. They need a button for 'De-crapify this place' so when I click a link it takes me exactly where I want, not gives me 12 minutes of swirling crap and flashy logos...

I use to web design but got frustraded with it...

So i used Post-Nuke/PHP-Nuke - a MySQL program that really creates a website for you all you do is provide or make a theme.

I know http://www.nsplayer.com uses a modified version of phpnuke and http://www.nscentral.com/ Uses Post-Nuke

some other examples are:

http://www.coloradopreps.com/

www.postnuke.com or www.phpnuke.org 2 Different programs, much alike.

You need MySQL/PHP to run these.
Both of these programs are easy to use and require no HTML knowledge, because you login into the website and configure there! You can add news with a click, downloads, polls, also you can download "blocks" which allow you to create other things like Shoutboxes, Picture 'slideshows'.

Theres HUNDREDS of themes...really. But if you wanna buy one theres some sites that offer flash themes and templatemonster.com does some too.
