I hear bad things about this.. mostly I hear of people with AMD processors having their computer refuse to boot windows.  I'll wait for SP2a, thank you very much
Also: that is the IT install, for LARGE NETWORKS, wait until ms releases it on windowsupdate, ffs

Ahh, it's out! I think I'll hold off until Windows tells me to update. Then I'll do it manually. My computer is quite happy right now without a huge download to kill my connection.

I always let other people download and run MS updates before subjecting my own hardware to them. Their PR usually covers their mistakes pretty well, but word gets around. Updates that corrupt your file system and such. I'd just as soon let the early adopters get their drives thrashed, I'll download it when I'm sure it's safe (and when I'm sure I even need it... I ran without SP1 for a looooooooooong time without any problems at all; people with two brain cells to knock together tend to be less likely to be infected and affected by every worm and security vulnerability under the sun {especially when the don't browse with IE  :p })

I've heard good things about service pack 2
MAC DRE: Cold Crest Creeper, a rapper that would dip-n-yoke quicker than he could pimp-n-smoke, flows  that hit your ears harder than Ike hit Tina. Forced to serve a Nickle but would never drop a Dime.

Must be why he's not playing NS.

Anyone know when the "stripped down" version will be released for non-large networks?
