Well I would be swift or swifty, or spear.  for some reason I always nickname people to one sylable nics, even online.  I guess its cause I type somewhat the way I talk...

And on voicecomm, sometimes the whole name is pronounced, but then it gets butchered. :p

Yea, there are times where I confuse Dubb and Diablus for some reason. They'll both be on IRC but not speaking at the same time, so I think they're the same person, but then when they both start speaking I'm like "Woah  :blink: ".

Oh my, I've had plenty of them, I think I am only beat by JJJHS in having the most nicknames.

ABS (prounced both ay-bee-es and like the muscle group)

then the ones i dont like which usually come from random people who don't play halflife or dont care to read my whole name before speaking.

I have also had one case where I was on marines with [tsn]avs and I couldnt tell if the the comm was talking to ay-vee-es or ay-bee-es >_<

I'd be more inclined to go with 'fats' as it meets the one syllable requirement and still acctually sounds like a name, but have it your way....
