Custom Maps

The following custom maps are now available on penguin down via votemap or an admin (none in mapcycle until we determine how much they are liked by all the regs).

cs_rio
de_laguna
de_morningstar
de_747

(as_tundra is in the pack, but not on the server because loading it currently causes a crash.  dunno why yet.)
