I don't see any servers up, not very fun to play with yourself. And you can't jump? Like Hitman? Or is something wrong with me.

Ah hmm yes it is me, there are lots of servers out there now that I looked again. Must have been a problem with ... something, that I didn't see a single one.

Has potential but still has a long way to go.

And for god sakes gets some crosshairs or at least make it like it was in the game.

actually i dont think there were xchairs unless you went into "Aim" mode

wasn't there a little crosshair in non aimmode? I know there was no crossy for the throwing knifes unless you were aiming, but I could have sworn that the soviet used one...

Naw, but there was crazy auto-aiming. And in the case that they keep the game the way it is, aiming-wise, they should at least have the decency to make headshots etc. etc. count for something.

Mmm, that's right... I guess true blue console to PC just isn't the most elegant solution in goldeneye's case. Mouse and keyboard easily replaces the need for an autoaim, and why bother having a no crosshair mode at all if there is no gameplay difference. Ironically Goldeneye64 probably was more realisitic compared to real weaponary to that effect. Spray in pray in someone's general direction is fairly easy with a gun, but good shots take time to line up.

The half-life version of goldeneye was pretty great, was like always in aimedshot and bunny hopping, I loved it. Straight conversions never ever work, ever! I haven't tried this yet though, I don't want to tarnish a game by playing it before it's good.
