Well the other day I decided to get a job, I'm now employed at Ricky's Restaraunt. The job was better then what I expected, the people who work there are very nice to me. Yes it is tiering but at the end the pay is all worth it. Well starting september, mininum wage goes up to 8 dollars.

but im in illinois whos minimum wage rates are higher than federal.. michigan has the same minimum wage as federal..

Well yeah the Ricky's All Day Grill where I work at is going tropical theme this week. So I get to wear jeans and stuff to work. Instead of the usual dress pants dress shirt. We're also having a contest, our manager is making a bet with us eomployees. If we win the best themed ricky's contest or something like that. He'll pitch in 500 dollars towards our reward (a party). But if we lose the bet, we all have to come in and work without pay.
