so i was work today and a customer comes in with a  baffled look on his face. Seeing how i knew this person,  i asked him what was wrong. He said there was an odd looking robot outside.  Curious, I decide to go check it out....
......this is what I saw......



turns out this stormtrooper was as confused as i was. He seemed to have been gazing at  the sign in the distance, Possiby the location of a rebel base.



In tis one he seems to be checking out a car, possibly for an attack on the rebel ba...errr sign.


At this point he has just noticed me snapping pictures at him. He wasnt very happy...

Turns out the video game rental store hired these guys to advertise for them, they go to conventions all over though. I talked to the guy, the helmet alone cost 600.00$ US. And this was definatly the most dertailed stormtrooper outfit ive ever seen.

Wow, that helmet better offer some actual protection; like if your head got ran over by a car it you would live kinda protection.

Back in school some people I knew got blazingly drunk and ran down princess street (a street a full mile in length) all dressed in full stormtrooper gear.  Sadly they did it late at night so it wasn't as funny as them sprinting down the busy streets by light of day but still kinda funny all the same ^^

Hrm, where was this? I know an evo fellow who's part of a stormtrooper squadron, and apparently there's plenty of stormtroopers at DragonCon when it rolls around.

Geez, what's the deal? You're wearing a helmet, and your plastic toy gun is painfully obviously fake. It's not like you're in danger of being recognized or arrested. Come to think of it, that'd be a good outfit to rob a bank in...

This was actually right outside of my job. Fortunatly for me I work right next to a video game rental place / LAN type thingy. Anyways, apperently they came by to promote the new star wars game, battlegrounds, I think.

p.s. I also had a pic of a stormtrooper siting on a superbike but that file corrupted itself for some reason.
