Yes yes, you all know I lag. You all know I complain about lag more than others, but now it's time to see the lag through my eyes! Using the amazing futuristic demo feature in HL, I recorded 30 seconds or so of my typical lag. Now you can see what your friendly neighborhood admin goes through to keep the server clean!

Out of curiosity Ness, why on earth does such a complete utter ass connection cost you $50? Do you live in a cave or something?

Back when the world was young, I seriously needed a computer. Along comes compuserve, with a four year commitment, and 400 dollars as the reward. The answer to the families problems! Mum signs up with Compuserve, we get a 400 dollar comp (with 50 dollar rebate). All is well until, hell, everyone wanted to use the net. Only one account on at a time, so we had to get AOL (and a second phone line) as well. Bam, 50 bucks a month.

I blame steam, mine reacts the same way :p. Try watching a demo in any other mod, see what happens.
