Just beat it and I must say I was skeptical at first, but this game was well worth the money. It’s short but jammed packed with innovative puzzles and action sequences. Plus you actually have a useful partner working with you the whole time. The story line is well thought out and the script is excellent (for a video game) I would recommend it to all of you who enjoy Half-Life.

Talk amongst yourselves….

I'm playing it atm... not sure where in the game I am --- middle-ish I guess.  So far I'm not impressed.  I mean, it's worth while playing, but storyline, meh... action, meh --- nothing all that exciting... just a good way to waste time :)

Maybe I'll feel different if something 'cool' happens soon... but so far it's hum-drum.

I'd have to say the only reason to play it would be storyline, annoying puzzles and shooting zombies in the dark is well... annoying! A few puzzles I did enjoy though. Real damn short too. I didn't like how I was given a crowbar at the end instead of beginning too. Ending is cool.

I reveal penis I know psychology.

been meaning to update... I finished a week or so ago.

DAMN - it was short... not quite what I had expected.  just kind of boom - over.  I wasn't impressed with the ending sequence though.  Not impressed overall... don't get me wrong, I'm glad I played it - and I would play it again knowing that it wasn't all I had hoped it would be.  It is what it is - an extension of HL2.  I was just hoping for some fun twists, maybe some new enemys or friends, or something awe-inspiring.

maybe they're saving the 'good stuff' for episode two :D

A great president or the greatest president?

might be a bit late, but I wrote a "review" on it some days after it's launch, in fact the day after I think.

this is the .44 Wand, the most powerful wand in the world, so did I fire 5 or 6 fireballs? Now you got to ask yourself one question pal, do I feel lucky? Well do ya punk?

Well I bought it several days ago (and beat it the day I got it). I didn't think it was going to be that short. Anyway, it was good while it lasted. It wasn't worth $20 bucks. The episodes should have been $15ish so they would be close to $50 together so they'd be equivalent to a regular release combined.

Kind of a spoiler (if you haven't beaten the end):

I agree about the ending part. It was ok fighting the strider, but it wasn't anything hard since you did that plenty in HL2. The repeated escorting was riduculous. The very end on the train was nice though seeing the scenery change.
