Ns 3.0 Technical Difficulties

ok, I just downloaded the beta installer...
I installed it and ran steam
When i started up the "Natural Selection (Beta)" game, i got a screen of black and white lines going slanted across my screen, at the top was written "Video not available, cannot find 'vids:divx' decompressor."
Anyone have any clue as to where I can download this codec?

thanks guys, its working now. I was trying to find a way to get the latest DivX codec without adware, but i guess thats not possible without paying
I guess I'll just deal with GAIN <_<

Go to the download page, scroll past the tables of crap, there's a link on the left side of the page that says "Standard DIVX Codec". It's just the codec and divX player (which works quite nicely... not overloaded with crap).

I'm on the same boat as Diablus, I havn't seen any kind of hint at a video or trailer.

It's just the UWE logo, and the NS trailer. If you don't see it try d/ling the divx codec.
