It's twice as clear as heaven and twice as loud as reason.

Haven't been to Japan, but a friend of mine has, on a student exchange program. She said her host dad was extremely creepy and kept a box of girls' underwear under his box.

saionara kodiac-san.  nihon wa totemo tanoshi ta.  Boku wa tookyoo to takayama to kyoto to miyajima to hiroshima to kobe de ikimasu.

God, I had a lot of fun when I went there.  Make sure you try mitsuya cider, its like the Japanese version on bawls.  Also, strike up conversations, talking with Japanese people is really fun.  Don't forget to buy some asahi super dry while your there.  Also if your into hard liquor Malabo is reportedly really good.  Hay, if you tell me exaclty where you went I can give you some info on what to see.

Also, if you need picture hosting, I set up a gmail account for my Japan photos, you can use it as well.  The account is ballardjapantrip and the pass is bhs2005.

time zone adjustments aside, I'm relaly looking forward to this.  And i will contact one of you two upon my return for picture hodsting and such.  It'll be great.  (Two days!!!)

Edit:

I just remembered something.  IN march, my high school hosted some exchange students and their teacher.  The students knew all of us by name, and so did the teacher.  Except me.  I was alwys "Tall guy.  stand here."  or "Hey tall guy.  sit odwn so i can see".  It was quite hilarious at the time. . .

Oh man, how tall are you Kodiac, if your 6'4" like I am Japan won't be very fun.  When I was getting off the trains in Tokyo I had to duck every time.  When I was in the subway stations I had about an inch of clearance for my head and had to duck going down the stairs.  Also I went on this one bus in Kyoto I think this picture is worth a thousand words

Also, the time change isn't to bad.  You are really tired for the first and second days, but then you get used to it.  Oh, if you feel shaking every one  in a while and no one else does, your not going crazy.  Its the trains passing over you.

Oh btw who are you going with? You never told us.

A very little sake.  My friend drinks normally, and he had a little sake and was hit fairlly hard.  I know you said that you don't drink, but just FYI they don't card for anything at all in Japan.  You can buy as much porn and beer as you want there.

My sister and mother went to Tokyo. 'twas fun, or so I'm told. They also got me this nifty toy.

Oops, wrong one. But hey, Japan is all about tentacles, right? Real toy is here.
