If it makes you feel any better I'm on chemotherapy too.  I was diagnosed with hodgkin's disease in January and I'm about 4 months into treatment.  This stuff sucks

I really need to start playing here again.

But as an exception to the above statement, if it's something really retarded, as my teammate in Halo 2 who spent 5 minutes driving around in circles because he obviously didn't know how to stop the warthog, sometimes the AS (Actual Stupidity) stands out a little more than the AI.

there isn't a "better" ai becuase they are all the same. I don't know of any good AI to be honest. But Halo 2's AI isn't the best.
