Just finished Shadow of the Giant by Orson Scott Card - the last book in the Bean series, which starts with a book that happens at the same time as Ender's Game(great book!)

Currently reading a collection of short stories by Arthur C. Clarke (wrote 2001: a Space Odyssey)

The biggest problem though is the giant plot hole. How could those ships never be discovered underground? It's impossible. I guess it did make for a nice change from the book.. and of course it allowed for that awesome scene where the first ship came up from the ground... drool...

You dont know how far underground they were.  For all we know they were fairly close to the center of the earth.

psshhh sounds like most of you have problems with the IDEA behind the movie which is off a very old book...

I think Spielberg did an incredibly good job adapting an old book/radio broadcast/movie to a modern screen.

The gestation increase is good.  One time a Onos evolved an upgrade right in front of me and my lmg couldnt take him down fast enough before he was onos again.  :help:

This thing freaked me out the first time I saw it.  They just pop out of the ground next to you and knock you over.  I was dying because I was trying to get a good screenshot.

Yea that was a really long game.  I really liked the attempted siege of forboding antechamber.  We had three gorges with a movement chamber healing the OC's.
