Hmm, speaking of maps, there was a new one being played on the server last night that I didn't have. It was late and few people on and I was gonna jump in for a few rounds, but it was taking a while to download so I went to bed.

I played the first Splinter Cell for the GameCube. I was pretty into it for a while, but I think I got stuck at one point and just stopped playing. FPSers are better for PC, IMO (with the exception of Halo and Metroid Prime).

General / Woot, my first win as a comm

I haven't commed in LM yet. I think I jumped in the chair a couple times at the very beginning to drop an ip and armory and what not just cause noone else got in, then I jumped back out. The closest I came to winning as comm was in a server full of bots (only 4 other real people there besides me). I was really slow so we weren't doing too good, but we were holding our own and almost took a hive. Then I had to get off the comp. >_<

Yeah the highlights work. Also just a note, although I don't know how well it would work out with those colors, but the hair in the original is shaded (the hair that's more in the "back ground" or whatever). The hair that's colored is all one shade. I don't know if it could be made to be shadowed like that or not.

topic-related.. i've killed only one egg. i came around a corner and saw it.. didn't know how long it'd been there, and didn't want a fade or onos or something to pop out (or anything else really cause anything can kill me with relative ease) so i kinda freaked out and shot spastically at it, then hacked at it, and then breathed rather hard and reloaded praying i didn't attract unwanted attention with my barrage of bullets.
