I've moved back to my home state (from CA to MD to MN - my home).  I'm a mere 3 miles from the Mall of America.   I'm a stay at home mom now - I have two ducklings.  I'm pondering returning to work - but not sure.  I DO work PT as a web dev (something I swore I'd never do, I hate html!)  but at least it's something!

Hmmm what else what else... excited to be going to Vegas in May.  Training for my first 5k in May as well - I guess I decided I've been a couch potato for all too long.  Lots has changed, and yet it feels like not much has changed.

What's new w/ you!?

It's awesome you are workign PT,keeping your skills up, or at least you'll be able to tell future employers you've been keeping your skills up.

Ah, two kids! Busy! I have two owlets myself, a girl and a boy. Still working full-time. Uhm. Nothing much. We moved from a condo to a townhouse in the suburbs. Winter Olympics went by without a hitch.

That's awesome you've taken up running! Good for you! I should get back on the wagon of physical activity. Programmer + gaming as a hobby == pasty and vaguely tubby Niteowl.

Excited about NS2. Not holding my breath.

Browsing through 'new' posts, there is one thread that was created in 2003. SEVEN YEARS AGO! HOLY INFLAMED BUDDHA ON A SEATLESS UNICYCLE BATMAN.

Where are y'all at? In life? In game? How has the wicked and arbritrary seas of life treated you? Well? Ill?

That is patently false. Why I did it only yesterday (pm spamming everyone on steam friends), and we had a full server in now time. Unfortunately, LM gets quite laggy at 24/24. Has its limit been reduced? Perhaps 20 or 18?

Ah yes, all perfectly viable complaints! Especially the stats part!

Yes, I have an owlet. That is all there is to say on the matter!

Now, when is the next TF2 night of dewm!? TF2 is popular enough that if you seed, they will come. And now is the time to get ppl coming to LM regularly, get some server traffic which translates into FORUM traffic, and IRC traffic, and such, etc!

It would take a very long time to say HOLY CRAP <insert name of regular/server admin who I used to play a ton of NS with and IRC and all that stuff I could do for HOURS on end before I had a child> to every single one of you.

So, just in advance, and to all the regs and server admins I know and sort kinda love (in the internet way), HOLY CARPS HI 2 U!!!!

Oh come on Leaderz0rz, one little piece of technology is going to stop you from buying it? There is a pretty significant cooldown between use, if that's any consolation.

It's ok, LM was giving me a weird "this server has an older protocol than your client"

We'll storm ye old LM when it's working properly!

Look for odd behavior Running into battle with melee weapons out
Er, spies only show up as friendlies with their PRIMARY weapon, their model doesn't switch weapons to a melee weapon. How many FRIENDLIES HAVE YOU KILLED IN YOUR ZEAL ANEM?!!?

Yeah, scouts can't detect spies anymore. Spies no longer bleed when shot. You basically have to shoot everyone until they should die.
