I have a Trackball optical 1.0 with five buttons and a mousewheel

I think I just need to get used to this fella, cause I just came rather suddenly form a three button logitech mouse (not optical, but you move it around.  It broke   )

black with a red ball and red lights  ^_^

Trackball mice arent made for gaming
sure it has five buttons, which are nice (I can do a proper lastinv now) but it aint worth a dime if I cant control where I look
