Muh, yesterday was probably my worst day of NS, Holy_Devil got to witness it.

Anyone else have these days when you just suck? No matter how hard you try, you just suck.

I mean, i thought it was backwards day since i was alien, as was DHP, he was top of the scoreboard, i was bottom. I'm not saying i'm a fantastic player or anything, but i'm usually above the normal nub clientelle that LM and FSD have attracted as of late.

Is there any chance that you can customise whatever swear filter you're using to filter the term "BS" so that if anyone uses it it displays a message (Like the "Swearing is not permitted...." one) saying something like "Shut up! It's not his fault you suck" or something?

I'm getting sick of killing people and all you get is "BS" because they're getting pissy because they suck.

Edit : I have to uninstall IE first?

IE is an integrated part of windows, so no, you don't need to uninstall. Unless of course you're using the mac or linux version, then do so if you wish.

Otherwise, Firefox will detect if it's the default browser, tell it yes, and all your programs will remember it as such. Now mIRC etc open links in firefox, not IE.

A*al C*nt is a band that I never thought anybody out of the crappy local metal clique in new Jersey would know about.  To be perfectly honest, i have no idea how someone in the ol' UK even heard of them  :p   That was a bit of a shock.




But now to the topic at hand - here's my minimalist winamp skin (which I'm sure you've all seen before as it's a bit of a popular skin):

They're pretty much well known to death metal fans all over the globe, surprisingly. Being on Earache kinda helps with that too since it's a pretty mainstream metal label. But other than that, i've heard more obscure and underground death metal bands than most people would imagine even exist.

To sum me up, a friend of mine once said this... "I listen to music so obscure even i haven't heard of it"... too damn true.

Heh, yeah, their name is a little offensive so i decided to censor it. AC, as they're otherwise known as, are probably the worst signed band ever. Their tracks are rarely over 1 minute long, and rarely have much tune or anything. It's all just noise and screaming. It's bloody great. Ontop of that, nearly all of their songs have offensive song titles, for no other reason than to be offensive.

Well, since this seems to have been overlooked, allow me to add it.

Grave Of The Fireflies / Tombstone Of Fireflies:

This is probably one of the best movies i have ever seen. Bar none. As far as i'm concerned, it's right up there with Star Wars and Blade Runner.

It's set in World War 2 Japan and follows the life of two young children after their city was bombed. They go to live with their aunt, and end up running away to make it on their own. This is, without a doubt, Studio Ghibli (My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away, Kiki's Delivery Service, etc etc...)'s finest film and is a total tear jerker as it approaches the end.

You can pick up the DVD really cheap over at yesasia.com (make sure you check that it has English subtitles first and i believe it's worth every cent.

This is one of the greatest series' i've ever had the pleasure to watch. It's 43 episodes long, and while the last episode or two are a bit disappointing (NO! DON'T END!) the whole series is well written, well animated and really funny.

Ex-motorbike-gang member Eiichi (If i remember correctly) Eikichi Onizuka turns to school teaching which can only lead to "hillarious concequences". But it does actually, putting his past experiences into practice as a teacher, trying to win over his class of delinquents as they try their hardest to torment him and get him fired.
