Bear in mind that pointing and shooting is one thing. Hitting the bit that registers the hit is another thing.

I would agree.
Although it would be nice to see HA reduced. The JP can stay where it is because it really is powerful but HA at 2? It just isn't used in CO now.
And with the amount of power the aliens can throw about HA only improves your life expentency by 0.5 seconds.

Ah so LM is more concerned about the CPU usage than the lag.
Fair enough.
I kinda like combat for that brief 5 minutes where you don't worry about disconnecting because you have HA and a big gun. I hate doing that in a vanilla game. Makes me feel all guilty.
