okay so i click the add attatchment button down there, and it just loads and loads and loads and loads and loads....

and finally when its done it posts the message WITHOUT THE ATTATCHMENT.

worthless.

what the F**K am i doing wrong here?

but actually, If the browse isnt working I suggest hosting it on a site and attaching the image from there.
