We should construct a paper maché HEV suit and mail it to him.

I'm SO in. What part do you want me to construct?
EDIT: http://whitepages.com/9900/search/Find_Per..._zip=&state_id= (http://whitepages.com/9900/search/Find_Person?firstname_begins_with=1&firstname=Gordon&name=Freeman&city_zip=&state_id=)
The question is, is everyone's favorite hev suit wearing hero named after this guy?

Quite possibly. Then again, the name isn't terribly unique, then again, ubar talent from MIT and the like can get a job in the game industry.

According to the HL storyline, our crowbar-wielding protagonist went to M.I.T.

I know.
Just pointing out other people you could forseeably crank call.
Phone him up and do a bad G man accent, do this every day until he changes his number.
Wait 2 months, phone him up at the new number, and say the following-
Well well well... isn't this just like.... old times...
Alternatively, get a job with him. Wear a white wig, chase him down corridors telling him that they're waiting for him... in the tesssssssst chammmmberrrrrr

Isn't that going a little "overboard"
Overboard is tearing the extra legs off a crab and putting it in his locker, complete with motion detecting audio player to go "SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!" when the door opens.

According to the Raising the Bar book, Gordon was named after Freeman Dyson. The Gordon part was just a good scientist name I suppose. ;)
