I've been bored recently, and I havn't had a good Photoshop project in a long while. I did a few various attempts at a new sig for BlackMage, until it was settled on the one he's got now, and it was pretty cool. I began thinking, and realized that I haven't been living up to my title very well. So, I want you people to request something to make for you, be it a sig, spray, avatar, wallpaper, whatever; I'll try anything once. However, I do have one condition that must be met: You give me something to work off of. Be it an idea of exactly what you want or just a simple screenshot from a game, I need any bit of information to build up on. I really don't like "Just do whatever" because I am not easily inspired on my own, save for a few cases where I am by a tutorial or image I had seen (Bob and Killer of Spiders' sigs, for example). I'm sure with the right ideas going, I'd be able to keep myself busy in Photoshop and help anyone that needs a new image of some kind.

Alright, make me a spray then. My current avatar, actually. Because I'm clueless how to get it to work. If you were to add "Truth and Honor" in yellow below it, I wouldn't complain. Anything you want me to do in exchange?

After a year, i'd like to have a new signiture if you'd like to help me out Grimm.
I'd like to have a dark, depressing signiture which would correspond to my musical taste. Metal. I'm talking Dimmu Borgir, Slayer, Mortem, Vader and Soilwork.
Please add [FFT]Cartman2b and "Musically Engaged" as the slogon.

I've been lacking both an avatar and a sig for quite some time, so if you'd scrounge something up for me, it'd be cool.
I was thinking something frozen. I already had a few incredibly lame attempts of a skulk in an icecube, but that was...icky.
So yeah. Something from NS frozen. Hell, anything frozen. My original name was Sustained Explosion :rolleyes:

Heck, if you wanna dabble with a sig also, do something along the lines of a desert scene with a single figure on a far away dune on it. If you can manage it.

Just to reassure everyone, I havn't forgotten this at all, it's just taking me some time to work on all of these and get everything I need together for college. I've actually already finished a handful if items, but I'd like to get them all done and posted all at once.

Ok, so I'm a little (ok a lot) late on this one... but if you happen to still be bored and looking for stuff to do I've been wanting something like a 'simple' cutsie cartoonie gray duck that looks all sweet and innocent at first glance - but if you REALLY look at it it's mean and evil. Like an evil look in it's eyes or fangs or blood or something like that. Kind of Happy Tree Friends-ish.
I wish I could draw :(

Anyway, I've been working with the requests more as I get ideas together, and I should have most of the stuff up sometime this weekend. I may or may not need to clarify a few things with a coulpe of you to make sure I'm on the right track with what you want.

Instead of constantly fiddling with different versions of various images for each project, I decided to post some examples, get some feedback, and work from there. I've got the sigs and some avatars here, although due to my having to use a Photobucket account for these at the moment, I'll have to find another way to get the sprays to people. Again, I'm sorry for the amount of time I'm taking for these, but college seems to be sapping more of my time than I originally thought it would.

Your idea was simple and descriptive enough for this to come to me pretty easily. Although if it's not quite what you're looking for, be sure to let me know. The spray is ready as well.

Simple enough to work on the avatar. I lightened it up a bit to make it more visible. I've got the spray ready and waiting.

This is what I came up with so far. With the oily grunge brushes, I thought it looked nicer to save space and make the text animated. If you had something else in mind, let me know, and perhaps send me some images of how you want it to look. I really would like to do more work on this one, as I'm not quite satisfied with myself on it because couldn't think of much else to add.

Legionnaired: Do you by chance have a cleaner image of Buddy Jesus? The one you've linked is a good shot, although it's a bit of trouble trying to clear away the scenery around him.
CorvusX: I'd like to see your old sig; I remember seeing it once before it was removed because I could probably get some ideas from it, especially if you created it yourself (allows me to see what the creator was going for, helps me get ideas). Or if you'd like to give me some examples of the kind of evil birds you want.
Anarki: Not quite sure exactly what to do for a new sig, I'll need to speak with you about that to clarify some ideas.
GrayDuck: I'll need a bit more time to work on your sig.
Once again, I'd like to emphasize that, even if I am satisfied with a project, it isn't completely finished until the person I am making it for is satisfied. Your feedback would be very helpful, as every project I work on helps me learn something new about what I'm doing.

Make me a new sig with the theme of a janitor's closet. Extra challenge since closets tend to be vertical thin affairs, and sigs are so much more generally horizontal and flat. Failing to convey the closet theme well enough to be obvious at first glance will result in me whining like a little girl. Good luck!

Well sort of, yes. I was mainly trying to come up with a challenge that will keep you busy when you want to be kept busy. No rush or anything, it's not like the fabulous sig you already made me is wearing out.

I want a big X, its not for my signature, instead Im going to use it in a graphic Im already designing.
The X should be wider than it is tall. 5 inches or so wide, or a little more. The X should have two outlines that go around it, the first should be a semi dark blue, while the 2nd boarder should be a lighter blue. The inside however should be a shade gradient thats darker blue, so that it looks like it reflects light on a black background. The X itself should be 20% transparent. The X has to look really professional like, and has to be sharp. I think I might draft a few myself in order to give you a better idea.

Sorry that I'm taking a bit longer on these requests, I've been thoroughly engrossed in the World of Warcraft stress test. Fortunately for everyone that asked for something, that ends sometime within the next couple days, so I shall get crackin' again after then.

Once again, I'm sorry for the amount of time I've been taking. I was originally planning on posting some work I had done, but Photobucket is having some issues again. I'll be taking care of the spray requests by sending them off as soon as possible, although I still need information from some of you.

Yea, I finally got in touch with Zerwalter and got his new sig to him. Now that Photobucket is up, I've got an avatar for Suicidal Monkey and the dragon spray (for which I'll need contact info), as well as a few HL2-related sigs, one of which I'm going to see if Malevolent wants. The first sig is after I put it through some filters and touched it up a bit, while the others have just been resized for sig use, waiting for any custom touches if someone wants them. I sent Holy_D a sig which he wasn't completely satisfied with, so I'll continue working on that, and I sent Legionnaired his spray. I've still got GrayDuck's and Bob's sigs in the works, but they are coming along nicely, Sustained's avatar needs some work, and I've recently picked up requests from Sonic and Wither.
