i was surprised to see that thorax was involved in MasterSword. So what other mods have y'all been involved in, and in what capacity :)
for me, that _was_ Empires Mod (the rts/fps for BF1942, now moving to Farcry), I was the PR guy, and got tons of really great help from Monse on how to do the job.

yep, true. I was supposed to do the voice acting for the NPC's and whatever for Mastersword, but I only got a few characters done for the Edana map before school whisked me away to the land of Not-much-free-time. And as I stated in that other thread, the lack of a coder to implement it and release newer versions didnt quite help my enthusiasm, so I've pretty much left the team while Im going to school here in the heart of downtown vancouver.

Well working on an Upcoming HL2 mod with Captain Panaka...
Thats about it....
-
I was a closed beta tester for wizard wars and vampire slayer. I also got invited to be the coder for Bushido but turned it down because I wasn't very confident in my supar-codey skills =(
Other HL claims to fame is my old flat-mate who's the lead modeller of the Vampire Slayer/ International Soccer mod team =3
I made a cool mod once too... ~goes to place flowers on the old harddrive's grave~

I've not actually been involved in modding for some time now.
I did mapping and interface deisgn for "Last Warrior", probably the only TC for Shadow Warrior.
I was also mapping for an Unreal mod known as "Stone Killer" for Inferno Interactive. But with a lot of complications and team members disappearing, we stopped.
I also did modelling, skinning, mapping and coding for a Duke3D TC for Quake. This was closed by 3D Realms themselves since they've apparently put a lot of money into things that stop people making a Duke game on the Quake engine. Got 2 games, 2 mouse pads and 2 shirt's from them, so all wasn't too bad.
Other than that, i used to run a site named Giberish "back in the day" which was a Quake 2 player model site, i also made 2 Quake 2 player models (Sheep (http://www.planetquake.com/polycount/downloads/index.asp?model=212) and UFO (http://www.planetquake.com/polycount/downloads/index.asp?model=104), both still up on Polycount). Yes, both of those models suck, i know it. But the sheep model actually developed quite a following and a clan based from that model alone (BAH) seeked me out and recruited me just because i created it. :D
Hmm, what else. I (albeit very briefly) wrote for Polycount when it was known as Q2PMP.
So yeah, i've done some stuff.

Show off...
I do some PR, and concept art for a HL2 mod I started with a few of the guys from the NS forums called Township Rebellion.

I'm the PR guy for Gamushara 2021 (http://gamushara.hl2files.com/), and I'll be running all linux-based tasks for Blast Radius (http://blastradius.phyrenet.com/).
Both are HL2 mods, and so they require very little work right now. Last I checked, the former was still looking for concept artists.

AO helped make a part of on cs_oilrig, thats got to count for something

What stopped you? Didn't like the move to Far Cry, got tired of it, or *gasp* did you get kicked off?

hm? i just don't have enough time, with helping to admin LM, and doing stuff with my clan. and well, i play NS far more often. what else. oh yeah, i don't think my PC could handle farcry.
i resigned, and i'm sure there will be plenty of fanbois to pick up the pace.

I'm one of the project leaders for Gamushara 2021, an upcoming HL2 mod.
I'm the head of the concept department. My main job is writing up the storyline :)
I'm also doing the storyboards and "directing" concept art, level design, and music.
