I think the most impressive part was how he just swung his way through that tiny-ass window on top of the door. Next to that would be the wide shot of the sheer distance he jumped across buildings. That's the width of a street...

Heh, there's a whole group of people who do this, and I believe it's now one of the "up-and-coming" extreme sports. It's called Parkour, and one of the most famous groups is Yamakasi, most of the people who do these videos are from London or Paris (IIRC, most, not all). And, well, that's where the "elite" groups are.
Uhmm... there's this black guy who does it, he's done a bunch of commercials.
Anyways, yeah. It's cool stuff, hard as hell, and it's VERY easy to get hurt (obviously). Kudos on finding this vid (been a while since I've seen a new yamakazi video)
