been bitten by a blackwidow twice (no, they dont really kill you, you just get woozy)

Reactions to the black widow’s venom include increased body temperature and blood pressure, profuse sweating, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, and pain and swelling around the bite. Nasty bit of venom there, good that you don't react severely to it.

What a beaut'.
This thread made me itchy.

^_^ Made my legs itch thinking about stepping on an egg sack.
Haven't you guys wanted to step on the big ass of the spider? Like a tarantula's?

No, I don't enjoy getting stabbed/bitten/chomped/nibbled on/sucked at by big hairy things.
Hmm.. I was thinking of the sack things that spiders leave in their webs, and after a while they hatch and tons of their babies crawl around the web and make their way out into the world to make webs of their own and master the ways of the spider.
I'm reminded of the time I was very little, earlier than kindergarten even, and I was walking in the woods with my mother. I felt something around the crochtoral region, looked down, and there were 4-5 caterpillars that had crawled up my pants. One of the scariest times of my early childhood.
p.s. - which pic? I love 'em both. Big Fooly Cooly/Furi Kuri fan!

That reminds me of this time, when I was like 5 or something. I was in this back yard just walking around, all of a sudden this dragonfly zooms right in front of my eyes, I had never seen one before so my reaction was to be scared ****less. So I scream, turn around and start running. BAM Face first into a wall.
Got a nice scar that reminds me to look which way im running before running :)

Bahahaha, the thought of that just owns. "Waaaaaaaah, dragonfly!" *smack*
That said, dragonflies somebody can be rather unnerving. It was summer, so we were eating outside, and this dragonfly shows up and starts zooming around. It flew in a fixed pattern, which included zooming right at my sister and turning away mere inches from her face. And it kept doing this for five minutes straight.
And Nooblet, I thought your spider had pink toes or something?
