I don't know when it started but try googleing for your phone number (all one string, no seperators between the area code and number etc). ^___^
(Note if you click on the 'name' there is a removal form so your number won't work - but I'm not doing that - I think it's hecka cool!)

anywho.com had it for a while. Its been on the internet for a LONG time, just its becoming more accessable. Basically they take a phone book, and enter it into a database, and its MUCH easier to do a reverse lookup (look up phone number, and not name) etc
