aye, it crashes my HL everytime I open it D:
Hahaha. I don't know, maybe you can't handle having ~200 PGs buzzing and shining? :D

Except... no more than 15-20 will be rendered at a time :p
Where did you get maps with labels?

Here (http://tc.paing.com/ourfiles/minimaps.zip) - thread from somewhere in the NS.com Customization forums... they was released a few days after 3.0f - been using them ever since :)
Thing is, they're all lined up in corridors - meaning that the 25-model limit won't be reached at any time.
Meaning they're all buzzing and shining :)

... what are you talking about?
I'm simply stating that models in areas that are not visable are not rendered. What is the model limit you speak of?
Yeah, there's a limit of how many models you can see at a time - if you have 50 phase gates in 1 room... only a portion of them would be emitting light. However, I never reach this limit while flying around, as you can see ~10 phase gates maximum at a time.

Well, see, that isn't a model limit. That is a dynamic light limit. I once filled marine start on the old ns_lost with 99 phase gates, and they were all rendered, however I cannot remember well enough if the glow went away... shall have to dig around for the screenshot...
Thats alot of free time on your hands

Not as much free time as it took you to format that text.
lol cheats ftw, btw.
I have successfully made a post in which 3/4 of the words are acronyms.

Actually... it's 1/6 cause of the sentance where you stated it <_<
