Oh, it happens quite a bit. They're just usually dealt with quite quickly.
Like that guy who singled out Holy Devil and TKed him as a skulk. Got kicked, came back and found HD again and TKed him. :D That was good times.
hooray destroy the tkers!
team killing should not be allowed except when your team won the game and start fooling around! \(^o^)/

You can kill your teamates to your hearts content after the music plays :p

To my knowledge Stop, spores, devour and.. dammit.. there has to be another one.. Uh.. Healspray. Yeah. All of those do not have any negative effect on aliens with or without FF.
Edit: Dammit, Now I remember the other one.. WEBS =/
Well, healspray still applies
What I'm trying to say is it will keep you sharp & prepare you for scrims, pugs & matches further down the line.

Scrims, Pugs, and Matches? Laff
Anywho, I really support FF, mainly because of the same reasoning that LF uses for anti-bhopping (http://www.lunixmonster.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=1307&view=findpost&p=25517), atmosphere/roleplaying. If you were a marine, would you spray down a corridor dispite the clutter of 4 marines and their obstructive heads? To actually harm your own brethren? Of course not. You'd pick your shots. You don't want to put a bullet into someone's spine.
Shortly after 3.0b1 was released. It was turned on in an effort to stop the horrible nade spamming that went on in co maps. Since then we've generally all grown to like having it on. It adds a lot to the game, even if you do have to deal with idiots abusing it. And with random people who don't realize that running up to an RT and biting the skulk that's biting the RT is a bad idea. How many sprays of green blood do you mindless people need to SEE?
Ahem. But yeah, FF has been on for a while now.

If you think about it, FF probably makes your job easier as admins - it gives you a concrete reason to ban a complete llama whereas without FF the evidence may be more foggy.
I'm so used to FF, whenever I play somewhere that doesn't have it I'm still really careful. I like it. Makes 'rines have a little more skill.

I totally know what you mean, I find myself threading shots that I might normally have just prayed and sprayed :p
